Cancellation Policy
To ensure the safety of ourselves, you, and our other clients, we have established a cancellation policy. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will evaluate instances of this policy on an individual basis.
Your appointments are exclusively reserved for you, and we deeply appreciate your business along with every client who visits us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at 24 hours in advance. Make sure to allow sufficient time to reach your appointment, considering potential traffic and parking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled service or $25, whichever is higher. Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount. If you book a service on the same day and then cancel or no-show, the full charge will apply. Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate your service, you will be charged in full. We value your time and have established this policy for that reason. Missing an appointment not only affects your plans but also prevents other clients from scheduling at that time. By booking your appointment, you agree to these policies.
You will receive a confirmation text when your appointment is scheduled, along with an automated reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please note that these reminder texts cannot be replied to, so replying is not a valid way to cancel.
